At Femii, we strive to ensure your order reaches you efficiently, securely, and without hassle. Below you’ll find details about how our shipping works and what you can expect.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to the following locations:
European Union:
Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.
Other European countries:
Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine.
International destinations:
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand.
We offer free shipping to all available destinations. All prices are shown in your local currency during checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 0–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.
Our daily order cut-off is 13:00 (GMT+01:00). Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be handled on the next working day.

- United States: 4–9 business days
- Canada: 4–9 business days
- European Union: 4–9 business days
- Norway, Switzerland & Ukraine: 4–9 business days
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, courier delays, or weather conditions.
If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will help resolve the issue or arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable international and local couriers. Depending on your location, your package may be delivered by:

- Canada Post (Canada)
- Royal Mail (United Kingdom)
- PostNord (Sweden & EU)
- Posten Norge

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
In some cases, deliveries may be completed without requiring a signature. Packages can be left in a secure location, often with photo confirmation.
Customs & Import Fees
For international shipments, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Issues with Orders
- Missing items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours and include photos. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.
Once a package is marked as delivered (including safe-drop or photo confirmation), Femii is not liable for any loss or theft.
